Green appearance

Green appearance

Climbing plants have been added to the steel construction on all sides of the parking garage, which will provide the parking garage with the green appearance that is part of the campus identity. The ivy will work its way up against the steel wire mats, this also muffles the traffic noise, purifies air and produces oxygen!

Smart layout

Smart layout

Due to the relatively small construction area, the concept ramp parking has been chosen. A flat parking floor is combined with a parking floor on a slope. This concept makes it possible to maximize the number of parking spaces, because there are parking options on both sides of the slope. Under the ramp to the first floor, a space is created where no cars can be placed. However, this space will not be left unused, as it will be used, among other things, to supply the charging points for electric cars.

Parking garage for passenger cars and bicycles

Due to an increasing demand for bicycle parking, the Plus Ultra car park not only offers space for 322 cars, but also bicycles. Between the parking garage and the Plus Ultra II building, we have realized a bicycle shed for storing 300 bicycles.

Charging stations for electric cars

Charging stations for electric cars

The Plus Ultra parking garage has 40 charging stations, 20 of which are on the ground floor and 20 on the first floor. Each of these charging stations has a double power output, so that 80 electric cars can use it! The charging stations are supplied with electricity from the technical room under the ramp to the first floor.

“We have a tailor-made answer for every parking issue!”
